JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking a candidate who can solve a variety ofstructured problems, applying standard professional concepts and methodologies.The candidate will perform the following responsibilities: Writes brieftechnical documents. Develops communications and training plans and materials.Conducts training gap analysis and design, develop, and deliver a training planand associated materials to support the customer's continued adoption ofenterprise IT products. Reviews and updates published Frequently AskedQuestions (FAQs), Quick Guides, Videos and other related training materials forusers and Help Desk representatives. Assesses industry training tools toaugment and incorporate into training approach. Develops new and updatesexisting training materials in support of functionality developed in IT systemsfor all worldwide users. Other roles may include triaging user tickets,performing analysis on the user ticket data and make recommendations (e.g.,areas for additional training) to management, working closely with the userbase to identify potential software bugs, research the issue to replicate thebehavior, and present findings at appropriate meetings.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess aTop Secret Security clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience)

  • Minimum of 7years of experience including at least 3 years of experience in providingtraining support on enterprise IT systems.

  • Ability to applyknowledge of particular technical area and a general sense of other technologyareas.

  • Demonstratedexperience with industry leading training software is required.

  • Demonstratedexperience providing hands-on training to a large group of users is required.

  • Demonstratedexperience working with enterprise service-ticketing systems.

  • Strongself-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiationand follow through.
