In order to effectively train professional Intelligence Officers and Intelligence Analysts, the assigned Contractor must possess the subject matter expertise in the courses taught. In order to gain credibility with the students, the Contractors must be able to articulate real world experiences in applying the training material in an intelligence or law enforcement environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must posses an active Top Secret clearance

  • Ten (10) years of intelligence experience at the federal level is required.

  • Five (5) years of direct operational experience in the subject taught is required. (For example, instructors designated to teach analytic methods must have five years of experience applying analytic methods in a Federal or State Intelligence Analyst position.)

  • A four-year degree from an accredited institution of higher learning is required. (Degrees in law enforcement, intelligence studies, and education are desirable); Federal or State experience exceeding 15 years in the subject that the instructor will teach and a 2-year associate‚Äôs degree may be substituted for a 4-year degree with approval from the government.

  • Instructors shall be expected to operate appropriate Microsoft-compatible desktop applications, audio-visual equipment including laptops, audio video projectors, screens, pointers, and other classroom devices .
