Client Support Technician/Administrator (Secret Clearance Required)

Under general supervision, the individual:
- Assists with personal computer operating systems software and communication system software
- Designs, tests, and maintains personal computer systems
- Will be responsible for security, integrity, and reliability of personal computer systems
- Tests and integrates new hardware, systems and modifications to existing equipment and systems
- Performs research/investigations, analysis, design, testing, and installation of supported hardware and software
- Schedules installation of new hardware and software and modifications to existing systems
- Monitors performance of hardware and its capacity in all assigned locations.
- Recommends and implements enhancements to existing hardware and systems
Experience: 5 years of IT experience (A BS/BA can substitute for 4 years of experience), specifically in supporting users, workstations, servers, etc., in an enterprise environment
Active SECRET clearance
Certificates: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (Security )
Knowledge of IA controls
Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
Initiative to research and resolve unusual technical issues
In-depth knowledge of one or more of the identified areas of responsibility
Prior DoD or USAF working environment experience a plus
Active Directory experience
Experience, vendor training, and/or certification in one or more of the following services:Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Skype for Business, SharePoint, VMware, SCCM, SCOM, TMG, Mobile Technologies (Blackberry, AirWatch, Acronis, etc.)
