Truestone is looking for a Senior End User Support Technician for our project on USAG-KA (Kwajalein) in the Marshall Islands. The candidate, under direct supervision, will perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work. Prepares progress reports for all work performed. Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments. Frequently reports to a PC Support Manager.

Qualifications

Candidate shall have:

Education: BS Degree

Minimum Security Clearance : SECRET

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Must Have One of the Following:

CCNA-Security
