  • Provide Level II IT customer support including hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution, guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.

  • Must be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

  • Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed.

  • Assist Network Technicians as needed.

  • Provide printer maintenance and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Provide ceremonial support as requested.

  • Responsibilities also encompass the management, tracking and resolution of support tickets in Remedy.

  • Additionally, will be responsible to participate in the “After Hours Duty Support” process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Communication and customer support skills are a critical component. Knowledge of VPN required.

  • 2 years experience in IT support environment.

  • Must have Security Cert

  • Candidate must have an active DoD secret clearance.
