Tuva is looking to hire a Help Desk Administrative Support Technician to join our team supporting one of our current government customers. Responsibilities Support the Program Manager of the contract on various projects as well as assist with the operation of a myriad of contract responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Serve as Front Desk support to track, assign, and coordinate customer requests to ensure each customer is served in an expedient manner.

  • Coordination of In-Processing and Out-Processing Actions.

  • Management, tracking and resolution of support tickets in Remedy ticketing system.

  • Provide computer troubleshooting assistance.

  • Serve as liasion support for Help Desk Technicians.

  • Provide printer maintenance and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Manage printer toner ordering, tracking and deployment.

  • Provide customer follow-up.

  • Participate in the “After Hours Duty Support” process.

  • Other Customer Support duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.

  • Must be able to obtain COMPTIA A certification within 6 months.

  • Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.

  • U.S. Citizenship required

Desireable

Two (2) or more years experience in Information Technology help desk support
