NANA SHAREHOLDER INTERNSHIP- Business Administrative Intern


Summary:Under supervision of the Department manager, performs a variety of entry level administrative tasks and special projects; assists in the coordination of administrative activities and analysis of department systems and procedures and performs work that exposes them to a business career in the oil and gas industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following.Other duties may be assigned.

Support manager in research and analyzing of data.

Enter various data into spreadsheets and databases in an accurate and error free manner.

Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, forecasts schedules, account codes, budgets and changes as requested.

Assist with preparation of final reports including obtaining historical data and information.

Assist with the creation of reports and PowerPoint presentations.

Conduct quality checks of databases, documents and reports, to verify accuracy of data, information and calculations.

Assists with filing for department.

Scan and/or fax documents as needed.

Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information.

College sophomore level or higher with degree declared in business or other business related field such as Accounting, HSSE or Project Controls.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients or employees of organization.

Math Ability:
