Program Analyst III
AGS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Akima, LLC, specializes in compliant, innovative, and efficient detention management, health services, and records and document management services. AGS safeguards some of the most demanding missions facing key federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Air Force.
The PA III interprets and composes complex correspondences and presentations to include sophisticated charts and diagrams; applies effective advanced computer skills to carry out job responsibilities and is a user of advanced computer programs. (i.e. Concur and Momentum, etc.); gathers pertinent information from a variety of sources to perform administrative duties; budget analysis, travel arrangements, and event planning; ensures timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate complexity; coordinates multiple work projects and other responsibilities (i.e. conferences/meetings, training/ status reporting, etc.). Some duties may be considered special assignments particular to either the department or manager. The PA III develops reports and prepares correspondence from information gathered to support the entire effort; and performs quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and evaluation of the day to day department functions, activities, and data.The PA III has exceptional customer service skills for interacting with internal and external customers; and also has excellent presentation skills.
College Degree or 3-5 years solid administrative work experience
Minimum 3 years of related administrative support experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Experience in supporting Senior level management
Must be a US Citizen.
Position will require you to undergo a thorough background investigation for agovernment clearance.
USPTO work experience preferred.
