Job Summary Provides training coordination and support services. Develops, designs, instructs, and administers the training requirements for an organization. Provides administrative, billing, pricing, logistical and Learning Management System (LMS) data support to the training staff and customers throughout Sandia National Laboratories.

Job Specifications Assists with development and design of training, administers the training requirements for an organization, and may also instruct. Provides administrative, billing, pricing, and logistical support to the training staff in the development and presentation of training programs, workshops, and other activities to meet the educational and training needs of the organization. Provides administrative support, limited instructional design support, billing and pricing, and course evaluations of training programs to ensure a quality program that meets the needs of the organization. Performs varied LMS-related functions including data entry, retrieval, analysis, and reporting. Coordinates policy and develops and maintains processes and procedures. Performs a variety of general personnel and clerical tasks in education and training.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Skills in project planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, monitoring, and follow-through. Knowledge of Sandia's financial, procurement, and contract management processes. Skills in training metrics including data gathering, collation, analysis, trending, tracking, and reporting. Skilled problem-solver with strong analytical skills. Skills in LMS and other Sandia system operations Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and with teams. Knowledge of Sandia's training policies and procedures. Knowledge of U.S.Department of Energy orders and standards pertaining to training.

Knowledge of common office software. Knowledge of common audiovisual and office equipment. Knowledge of written and oral communication and presentation techniques.

Minimum Qualifications (Required) Ability to acquire and maintain a DOE Level L security clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired) DOE/DOD clearance preferred.
