Description:

  • Must show initiative and have the ability to work on multiple tasks with changing deadlines and priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as-well-as strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and flexibility are required; the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers, and various Government and contractor personnel.

  • Must be highly motivated, and have excellent problem solving skills. Work is generally confidential in nature; previous experience in a similar field.

  • Ability to work with Project Manager and Lead to compile information as needed.

  • Provides follow up documentation from customer and team members.

  • Ability to review information, organize, evaluate and compile results.

  • Ability to track progress of projects and payments expenditures and reimbursements.

  • Prepares and processes administrative documents such as permits and personnel actions

  • Ability to prepare documents and reports for project manager and maintains a variety of records and files.

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to customer and team.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must have a high school diploma and possess 1 year of experience in personnel security or in a related legal or business professional field.

  • Must show initiative and have the ability to work on multiple tasks with changing deadlines and priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as-well-as strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and flexibility are required; the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers, and peers, and various Government and contractor personnel

  • An Associate Degree is highly desirable.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the DOE Q clearance
