At the forefront of Inter-agency communications and operations management, and focused on services for Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Response, Ikun specializes in Logistics Management, Mission Systems Support, Software Development and Data Center Management.

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, experienced Tour Guides for one of our Intel customers. The selected tour guides will:

  • Provide awelcoming,memorable,andinteractiveexperienceforthe general public.

  • VSRswillgreetandspeaktoguestsaboutcontentthroughoutthetourroute,answeringany questions oraddressingany needsthat occur.

  • ServeastheprincipalvoiceoftheFBIandbuildtrustandconfidenceindirectsupportoftheFBI’smission andstrategy.

  • Tour Guides conduct tours of the FBI Interactive Learning Center for the generalpublic, private groups, and schools. Guides may conduct new, specialized, and VIP tours as needed.

Qualifications

MinimumEducation:

  • Bachelor’sDegreeinrelated field

MinimumQualifications:

  • Atleastone yearof experienceanddemonstrated strong skillsinpublic speaking andverbal communications.

  • Demonstrated experience in expressing agreedupon keymessagestovisitor audiences,with an interest in educatingthese keymessages

  • Demonstratedexperienceinproactiveproblemsolving,customerservice,communication, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstratedorganizationalskillsexperience,suchasplanning,scheduling,trackingand timemanagement.

  • Demonstrated interestand ability tolearn extensive knowledge of historyand facts.

  • Extensiveexperiencetactfullyhandlinglargenumbersofpeopleandmanagingstressful situations.

  • Familiaritywithlaw enforcementenvironmentishighly desired.

  • Professional appearanceand approachable.
