The Customer Service Center Lead will be the principal interface between the Department of Management and Administration and the OPIC employee relationship.
The Customer Service Center Lead will provide oversight to a support team that assists users in routine tasks that span across all aspects supporting information technology such as: application issues; user requests; equipment issues; supplies; and other technology matters that necessitate assisting users in their normal routines.
Staffing the Service Desk with qualified technicians providing front-line technical support services, field support calls, and e-mails related to OPIC systems from the end-user community.
Track Metrics and provide monthly and weekly status reports on these metrics
Manage the Service Center and ensure SLA targets are being met with the customer.
Produce Schedules to ensure coverage is maintained during support hours.
Provide leadership and mentor Service Center analysts and technicians.
Education and Years of Experience
Bachelor Degree Education
2 years of experience managing help desk teams; 5 years with overall IT experience.
Active Top Secret Clearance
Security plus CE
Help Desk Institute accreditation
