JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking a Mid-level TSCM Specialist who will serve as a specialist and assist in the management and implementation of the client’s TSCM program. The candidate will provide support to the client's TEMPEST accreditation program as it relates to new construction or the modification of existing sensitive compartmented infom1ation facilities (SCIFs). The candidate’s duties include, but are not limited to, foreign gift inspections, support to the foreign visitor program, executive support, support to client's supply chain risk management and support to the Defense Attaché System (DAS) exercises. Candidates will conduct TSCM activities to protect, detect and respond to the technical exploitation of facilities by adversaries and insider threats. They will provide comprehensive, risk-based technical security advice, guidance, and general CI/Security support to program offices and contractor facility security offices under the supervision of the Government. They will draft written correspondence to include facility file reports, cable messages, approvals, status/technical briefs and inspection reports. Candidates will assist in the development of technical security plans, directives and instructions. All locally prepared guidelines will be in accordance with DoD directives. They will assist Certified TEMPEST Technical Authorities prepare TEMPEST countermeasures reviews and validate the results on a case-by-case basis by instrumented testing at field locations. Conduct multi-discipline (TSCM and TEMPEST) security surveys of new and renovated SCI facilities in support of approved Construction Security Plans per Director of National Intelligence SCIF policies. They will plan and conduct TSCM surveys, foreign gift inspections, TSCM support to foreign visits, TSCM executive support, and TSCM support to Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). They will also produce Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) as a result of reportable information obtained from TSCM activities.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a CI polygraph

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.

  • Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience planning and conducting TSCM

  • Must have five (5) years of experience in all of the following areas: Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Video Surveillance Systems, TEMPEST, and SCIF construction standards.
