Summary

TUVA LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be considered for employment upon Contract Award. This individual will be responsible for providing personnel, physical, communication, and other program security-related services in support of a government customer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct all clerical, administrative, personnel, and miscellaneous support duties as assigned.

  • Provide database management and data entry support

  • Support events, conferences, and meetings planning actives: reserving space, setting specific times and contacting attendees. Transmit agenda and background materials to participants and advise them of topics to be discussed.

  • Perform Records Management; file records and correspondences and maintain proper files and administrative records.

  • Manage storage and disposal of all files, to include excess unclassified and classified materials.

  • Maintain the proper level of office supplies

  • Serve as SharePoint Site Management; routinely update the office SharePoint Site as needed.

  • Serve as web content administrator as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance required

  • Minimum of five (5) years of previous Operations Support experience

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business, management, communication, marketing, or similar discipline.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Social Media web platforms.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills,

  • Experience producing executive-level briefings and presentations

  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with others.

  • Strong organizational skills prioritization of multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.

  • Ability to learn processes quickly and efficiently.

  • Ability to be self-motivated and results-focused, actively seeking opportunities and proposing

  • Ability to update and maintain office website and SharePoint
