Material Planner/Controller Senior Supply
ATS provides a full spectrum of air operations support services at numerous Army and Air Force installations, including fuel management, aircraft maintenance, airfield support, ground equipment maintenance, transportation, material management, warehousing and distribution, and procurement services.
Material Planners will perform the following duties:
Maintain current automated authorization on the Property Book STAMIS system (PBUSE).
Requisition and maintain accountability of Aviation Repair Parts using the ULLS-A STAMIS System, and the ILS system to track repair parts from receipt to issue.
Must have a complete understanding of warehousing operations that include setting up, establishing Objective levels, re-order points, conducting wall-to-wall inventories, and maintaining the necessary repair parts on hand to sustain a fleet of C27J and CAS212 Aircraft to prevent an aircraft from going into a AOG status due to the lack of repair parts.
Receive, submit and maintain asset visibility transactions for the unit.
Monitor, maintain status and reconcile Unique Item Tracking requirements with LOGSA.
Submit and correct Continuing Balance System-Expanded input data to LOGSA.
Reconcile authorization documents with property records and identify, initiate and track all types of administrative changes (AARs) required.
Review unit level property records to identify shortages and coordinate with the National Inventory Control Point for requisition and releases/shipment of high priority items.
Prepare manual hand receipt, lateral transfer or turn-in documents and forward them to the unit Supply Sergeant.
Assist in training subordinate personnel in operation, warehousing, manual lateral, turn-in, FLIPLs, hand receipt procedures, and SSA CL II, IV and VII warehousing operating procedures.
Prepare equipment and paperwork (DA Form 1348-1) necessary for the turn in off government property to DRMO.
Assist the unit with the monthly 10% and cyclic inventories and prepare the necessary documentation as required for any discrepancies that may be identified during the inventory
Applicant must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Must be PBUSE certified/experience and have worked at the unit Property Book level.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum of a secret clearance
